I have felt self conscious about my body for majority of my life. Going into middle school I was a petite 5'0" and weighed 90 pounds. My pants always sagged and with my fast metabolism I expected to always be within that weight. Puberty graced me with an extra 2 inches and 10 pounds, but all the way up to age 26 I thought it was impossible for me to get where I wanted to be, physically.

Going back to school I took many health and fitness courses, eventually learning how to manipulate my body through nutrition and regular exercise, and over the course of the past year I have been able to gain a total of 25 pounds and counting. My own fitness journey has been a roller coaster of its own, and I decided to help those around me get to where they want to go as well.
